the room was great, really comfortable and the receptionist minki (sorry if the name was wrong) was really great. He gave us the breakfast because we must go the airport in the morning, the location really near hoan kiem lake, only 5 minutes

Clean room . However, it is not very soundproof. The lady at the reception desk in the afternoon shift is very sweet. She cleaned the room very enthusiastic to help her. My vacation was really great. If I have a chance to return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay again

Worth every cent I pay for this hotel, in the heart of street food gourmet, free WiFi and pretty strong, can refill drinking water at lobby, definitely will stay in this hotel if I visit Hanoi again.

Hanoi Golden Hostel
The room is not too big but it's nice and clean.We got the room with balcony and the room was cleaned up everyday. All staffs are very nice and helpful, they gave all information about Hanoi and interesting places in Vietnam( thank to Tom,Tina,Ana and Nam). The hotel sell tour and transportation. We got good price for private car to NoiBai Airport ( only vnd 250.000),it's cheaper than taxi or grab. Recommended place!🤩👌
