Do not think twice to make a reservation in Panorama Hotel. Strategic location, it's like between Sapa Lake and the Cathedral. Although it's located a little up on the hill, the stairs are not going to kill you. Friendly staffs also!

The hotel is in the central area, very convenient to travel, and the support staff is very enthusiastic. Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Aira Hotel is a place worth visiting when coming to Sapa, everyone, friendly staff, room with mountain view, top of Chop. Will definitely come back to Aira if I come back to Sapa.

We arrived early morning, room was not ready yet however shower and bathroom is available for freshened up after overnight sleeper bus trip from Hanoi. Receptionist was very friendly, the best we met so far in Vietnam trip. She gave us map and recommendation of places in Sapa with very detail information. All staffs was very accommodating for all our inquiries they offer additional services i.e. Motorbike rental, laundry, bus ticket booking arrangement in reasonable price. Breakfast offer was good, quality is very good. no wonder they have good review on web I would love to recommend this hotel as stay destination
