Friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. It's a big street in front the hotel and every thing is around like food, clothes, and a lot of coffee shops. The hotel is not far from Hoan Kiem lake, and the old quarter Ha Noi, ...I will stay at hotel Bel Ami when I come back Ha Noi because i feel comfortable there.
