Worst room experience I've ever had!
The room is in a deep alley, difficult for taxis to enter.
The check-in process takes a long time. I arrived at 2am and called the phone number on the app, the owner said to call the staff to confirm and support. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone contacted me and asked me to send the booking to check. But I couldn't check on the system, the booking was wrong. I had to wait a long time to check in.
The room quality is bad. The furniture is very old, the towels are dirty, the pillows are dirty.
There is no dryer, no washing machine, no shower gel, shampoo in the room. When I asked for more shampoo and shower gel, I was given 2 bottles of water as shown in the picture.
About the dryer and washing machine: I stayed in room 303, they said this room was previously rented long-term so it didn't have these amenities. The staff apologized and told me to go to room 302 to use it. I asked you to change me to room 302 because there were no tenants anyway, and you arranged a room for me that was not ready to rent (because it lacked a lot of basic things). But the staff refused to change it for me, saying that it was due to company policy and that they could only support a 5% discount for the next time??? An offer that left me speechless because of such poor service and quality, but you still shamelessly invited guests to come back to experience it, so I had to give up.
I am quite an easy-going person, but my experience this time was really bad, to the point that at 11pm I immediately moved to another homestay.
When I moved out, I left a message saying I had checked out, you replied right away, but when it came to my message complaining about the quality and services, the staff ignored me, not even a word of apology. -100 VND for the way of operation, quality and service.
