Terrible breakfast selection - no juice, no fruit, no bread/toast, no cereal, no egg choices (omlette, scrambled, boiled etc). So noisy with construction happenning next door. Location is not ideal - better options for food, etc. In Tam Coc. I would stay there next time. My opinion is it was overpriced for what the accommodation was.

The room is noisy, people walking downstairs can be heard upstairs, the room has been cleaned but there is still a lot of hair stuck on the bed sheet. The location is extremely close, 1 minute walk to the old town.
