The infinity pool offers beautiful city views. Bedroom is clean. Friendly staff (guest relation Nguyen Thi Phu Yen) enthusiastically assist guests. Cute SPA staff. The lobby is spacious and airy. There is a piano in the lobby with melodious music from 7am-10pm. Delicious food. The breakfast buffet has few dishes and is not diverse.

The room is small but clean and comfortable. The hotel has a small coffee shop on the ground and it is next to vincom mall. So convenient.

Went during off-season, the room was cheap, saw high reviews, but the room was noisy, no soundproofing at all, called to ask and they said there was hot and cold water, but when I got there I found out it was solar water heater, first time traveling and had to boil hot water in a kettle, then pour it out to mix, then shower with a bucket of water, really shocked, but if you come next time, remember to check with the staff carefully, the staff is really friendly and enthusiastic
