We had a great time here, We had got a room with a wonderful view, the room was clean, big with a comfortable bed, the bathroom was clean and had a good hot shower, you were gonna walk a bit down from the road to the hotel. But no worries, if you have a big luggage cause you could get a lovely service rider from their owner 😊

From our early arrival (5AM) from Hanoi on a sleeper bus, they greeted us with a fire in the lobby to warm us up. They didn't have a room available for early check in but they let us relax in the lobby & let us have breakfast once it opened up at 7AM. They also let us keep our luggage until check in time. It was so helpful as we had a tour scheduled for that morning. Our room was beautiful & although it was very foggy and overcast, it was really nice! Loved the separation of the rooms and the bathrooms in each bedroom. The bed warmer was definitely a plus on a chilly day! They asked us what time we would be taking the bus back to Hanoi & offered us a room, free of charge, for our family to use until we left the area! I couldn't have been more thankful for their outstanding hospitality! To top it off they prepared us a bag at check out with sandwiches & bananas for us to take with us on our bus ride back to Hanoi. This hotel was what made our whole experience in Vietnam amazing! My kids say they would 100% go back to Sapa over Hanoi any day! The cafe also has great coffee and a nice view!

Bamboo Sapa Hotel

Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Sapa Elegance Hotel

We arrived early morning, room was not ready yet however shower and bathroom is available for freshened up after overnight sleeper bus trip from Hanoi. Receptionist was very friendly, the best we met so far in Vietnam trip. She gave us map and recommendation of places in Sapa with very detail information. All staffs was very accommodating for all our inquiries they offer additional services i.e. Motorbike rental, laundry, bus ticket booking arrangement in reasonable price. Breakfast offer was good, quality is very good. no wonder they have good review on web I would love to recommend this hotel as stay destination
