The receptionists were very nice and attentive. When I checked in, I met a HK lady and she greeted me. The rooms are clean and beautiful, with full amenities. Because I also work in the hotel industry, I highly recommend this hotel. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will continue to book a room here.

Breakfast is delicious, not too many choices like other big hotels, but all choices are very good, especially their daily soup and homemade juice.
