10 points. Cheap-Clean-New-Enthusiastic. Room for 2 people is small but comfortable. The furniture is very new, the room is also quite new, it doesn't look old like on the app. The owner, receptionist, and security guard are all very nice. The room is equipped with TV, hot water faucet, dryer, refrigerator, drinks, towels,...etc. Many electrical outlets. There are windows but the windows in the bathroom are close to the wall haha. The roads are wide and cars can walk freely. Go out and go 24/7. A few hundred meters away there are many shops, chtl, ministop ctct. The only negative point is probably the thin room walls and no soundproofing. In the morning, the sound of the cleaning ladies cleaning things was quite loud. If you have insomnia, please take note, I slept very well :)). (The photo was taken when I left so it's not as beautiful as when I arrived. Ytam was ok when I arrived).
