Customer service was quite good except that they did not inform me prior about the room type view I have booked now have a construction building site. No city view as it was blocked by the constructing building. The construction works start as early as 7+ am till 9pm. There was one night construction works lasted until 12 am. I guess this is not within the hotel control. Also I had to keep the window shield down at all times as i was at eye level as the construction building, I was afraid that the workers can peer into my room. So i requested room change to avoid the construction sound and more privacy.

I have stayed here 3 times in the past 4 months and I love it here. The service was great and one time I complained room with smoking smell and the man agent immediately upgraded my room to higher level with river view. Definitely will come and stay every time.
