The hotel will be a 3-star hotel but will not serve paper towels for guests. Minimum requirements are required for each hotel. Idle night reception. Guests who requested additional towels asked the customer to come down to the reception, while they just sat and talked to someone on the phone.

Newly put into operation, so the furniture is new, no problem, modern, meeting the 3-star standard. But the small area, everything is mini, feels like the old town of Hanoi. Breakfast is not plentiful, every day is the same, if you stay for about 3 nights or more, you should go out for breakfast. Staff are enthusiastic, friendly but work hard, probably due to the establishment owner's regulations. My baby has a bed of 1.6 * 2m in the bed, has soaked into the mattress, I took the initiative to notify and accept responsibility, but the staff claiming damages equal to 50% of the mattress price: 6.5 million * 0.5 = 3 million. I found this treatment not good, whether the compensation for not getting the guest room or the compensation for the value of the mattress, it was too high, especially the guest informed. Too sad for the trip. The family continues to experience Sea star resof much more satisfied.
