A really bad experience for me
1. When I came to check in to get the room, I called 5-6 times and finally someone answered the phone! While this is the phone number linked on the app? I texted to confirm the booking and no one answered?
2. The owner talked to the guest on the phone with an unfriendly/can be said to be bad attitude! Because I arrived late to get the room but when I saw the picture, the room was fine so I booked it (and this is not the cheapest room)
and when I arrived, he put me in the only remaining room! And I confirm that this is not the same as the room I booked on the app! I talked to the owner on the phone and his way of handling it was "I have to accept it"??? And where is my room? And I offered the room on the app, he argued with me saying "now I'll just take whatever room is left" "the room I booked is a low class room"? Then give me a low class room just like the picture?
3. Okay, I couldn't get a refund on the app so I had to check in! Another terrible experience! The sofa was so worn out that I could only sit on it for 5-10 minutes and my whole body itched. The bed sheets were also worn out and looked old. Especially, there was no disposable toothbrush? A pair of slippers was missing? The air conditioner was old and worn out... Now that I'm back, my body is still itchy
