Luxury backpacker hotel was a great place for me and my girlfriend to stay. The host Linh was very helpful and kind, she upgraded our room for free and even helped us book a discounted tour for the Ha Giang loop. She gave us great recommendations for things to do on different days and meals to try. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Super convenient and near everything.

I booked a private room and honestly for the price it was great! The location is PERFECT. The staff are unbelievably lovely and helpful (I booked the Ha Long Bay cruise through them). Would definitely recommend.

My time in Hanoi was facilitated with joy, comfort and ease by staying with Luxury Backpackers. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and provided options of excursions with honest advice about the most popular and the one with the best value for money. I was recommended delicious local cuisine. My room was clean (and cleaned daily) and equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect as I was a walkable distance to many Hanoi hot spots. The guiding light to my enjoyable time in Hanoi at Luxury Backpackers was Linh. From first meeting, she was friendly, genuine, and joyful presence that I could trust. This is needed and so refreshing as a solo traveler. I was able to leave Hanoi having a fabulous time and a new found friend. Get the best value for this place! Book it!

AUCUNE FENÊTRE dans ma chambre et ce n'était indiqué à nul part dans le descriptif contrairement à d'autres hôtels qui le disent. Aucune ouverture de la part du personnel pour essayer de trouver un arrangement. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas non plus.

Linh was the best! So helpful and friendly! This hostel is great for making new friends. It was close to everything and helped me with booking trips and booking night busses. Highly recommend this hostel!!

Bathrooms weren't very clean, but staff was friendly and the area was great for exploring the Old Quarter

This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out.

The staff was very helpful, arranging my tours, bus tickets, laundry and helping me extend my stay. Beds were comfortable with a nice privacy curtain, hooks, fans, cubbies which made the place feel like home for the days I spent there.

I had a great stay at Luxury Backpackers, Linh and the rest of the staff are so kind and helpful with anything you need. The facilities and beds are great, and it is in a great central location. I would highly reccomend.

In my 3 month asia traveling, this was my favorite hostel. Very private once you are in your bunk and also right in the middle of the city. I wish I was staying longer!

Just a few steps away from Old Quarter where restaurants and shops are available all day & night. The hotel/hostel itself is decent - could improve a bit on a few things but already good at a level of standard. Just one thing, as a person who doesn't smoke nor fancies being around smoke-filled environments, this is what they need to come up with strategies to bring it down as other guests smoke everywhere, sometime even in the bathroom, and there was no protocol to eradicate this issue. The bed is so comfy. I loved the fact that there were bedside space and on-the-wall hookers for personal stuff. The mini fan also worked and I was glad it was there because it could het warmer or hotter and when the AC couldn't reach me, I still had my mini fan to keep me cool. Great!
