Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing is that the room windows make a rattling sound when sleeping at night, which is okay for someone who has trouble sleeping like me. Otherwise, it's perfect.

The receptionist was super friendly and answered my questions very quickly. The room service was good, clean, fully equipped. The receptionist also wished me a happy atvncg concert, very cute.
