Except for the friendly staff, everything here is not worth the money. The toilet door is also rusty, the room is poorly soundproofed, I was sleeping for 1-2 hours at night and heard loud chatter from the room outside, the room is 700-800k but I don't get a personal bottle of water to drink, it's pre-poured water from a bottle, it smells like old water. The small room also doesn't have TV or Netflix.

Pros: The hotel is located right in the center so it's convenient to travel, it only takes about 10 minutes to get to TSN airport. Friendly staff, nice room, nice view of the street! Cons: The bathroom has an unpleasant sewer smell

The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The room seems to be not soundproof, I stayed in a Duplex on the 5th floor near the laundry so at night I could hear quite a lot of noise and the elevator. Everything else was great.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They really care about the guests. But the soundproofing is really poor. I live on the 5th floor right below the laundry area, I can hear the washing machine and the sound of people going up and down the stairs all night. So those who have trouble sleeping should consider this.

Room is cozy and comfortable. Receptionists and staffs are so nice and supportive. Location is convenient to go to famous tourist destinations and restaurants. I was worried about the previous customer 's complain on smelly restroom drainage system but it was not on my experience. Only one thing to be improved is the towel hygiene. Generally they looked clean but I could sense musty smell in every towels in my trip. Guess it came from short drying time and inadequate laundry detergent. This home ultimately is a good place and I would come back here soon on my next trip to SG.
