Plus point: The new hotel is quite easy to find, arranged exactly 2-Star standard and close to Xuan Huong Lake area so it is convenient to go anywhere; extremely cute and polite staff; The water is quite strong and has two distinct hot and cold ends. Special: The motorbike parking area is quite large and does not try to force guests to rent a motorbike from the hotel. Minus point: None Note: The hotel has an Economy Quadruple Room on the B2 floor (our group has rented to stay here). Due to the low floor, the phone signal is weak and feels lonely because it seems that only that room is active. Everyone, if you like to watch the View, note this issue. Score: 9.5 / 10d

Phòng giá rẻ dưới hầm nói chung tiền nào của nấy mình không đòi hỏi nhiều nhưng wifi lúc sài được lúc không , 4g ở trong phòng có khi không sài luôn . Hơi khó chịu về khoản đó . Còn lại thì cũng tạm ổn

Service quality is too bad, do not recommend this hotel. No hot water nor informing guests in advance. The room is smelly, not clean, old sheets, staff attitude. Motorbike rental is expensive, rent from 11am to 7am the next day for 1 and a half days.

Room service is extremely bad. Book 3 days for the family. staying for a day, cleaning the room only folded old towels, leaving no new towels. After playing all day, I came back when I took a shower and found the towel wet. Extremely frustrating. The coffee cup did not change either. Coffee is only for 2 packs on the first day. The following days are not available. The receptionist said that if you want to drink, buy it. Terrible experience

Mình chỉ book khách sạn trong 1 ngày do rời lịch bay nhưng thực sự trải nghiệm ở đây làm mình có chút thất vọng. Mình book vội nên giá phòng gần như gấp đôi mà phòng thì thực sự không xứng đáng với giá tiền, không có nước nóng và phòng không được sạch sẽ. Hy vọng khách sạn có thể cải thiện dịch vụ hơn để đem đến sự hài lòng cho khách hàng nữa nhé
