The receptionist enthusiastically supported me with information from the time I had not yet checked in, because it was my first time in Phu Quoc so I needed to learn a lot and was answered very enthusiastically 👍, the breakfast buffet had many dishes, I personally found it quite delicious and suitable for my taste, the rooftop has a rooftop for drinking coffee and taking pictures which is quite beautiful, the room is suitable for the price, next time I have the chance I will come back ✌️

The hotel was clean and centrally located. Although it was close to the beach, swimming was impossible due to strong waves, so you had to go further out. The breakfast was terrible!

But unexpectedly the hotel was so good. - Location: central so it's close to everywhere. - Service: bright rooms, good equipment, I booked a sea view room so the experience was great. - Delicious breakfast, enough food, full. Breakfast with sea view 😍 - Motorbike rental available for 150vnd/day. - Enthusiastic staff, support customers wholeheartedly. Special thanks to receptionist Thuy Trang for her enthusiastic support, very impressed with her, hope she can read it 🥳 If I go on vacation next time, I will continue to choose Maison. Thank you and see you again.

The room was clean. The breakfast was very satisfying. The value for money was quite good. The lobby was nice, but the rooftop wasn't as nice as the photos showed. It was on a slight hill, and the public beach was just down the hill, which was convenient. Separate bath towels were provided, probably for the beach, which was convenient. The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, there were some kind of mistake every day, and I had to report it to the lobby and ask for advice every day.

My family checked in at 7pm, and was informed by the reception that if there are 2 children, the second child will be charged, while my 2 children are 2-3 years old. But the room on Traveloka does not have this information. According to the law, most of the children's policies of the ks/reots are free of charge for 2 children under 6 years old. If there is such an unusual surcharge, you should leave the above information to let you know. I even contacted the hotel to confirm the booking, and also noted that there were 2 babies, and asked if there was a crib, so why didn't I inform you at that time? While you contact, there is still a message to ask if you need to book a shuttle. Although when I said the above to the front desk, she kept quiet and didn't say anything and didn't ask for a surcharge, but I still rate the service as too bad. Next, when I entered the room, I saw that the refrigerator was leaking water. Even more terrible is that the room does not have hot water, not to mention because it runs out of hot water in the evening, the next morning it is sunny and still has absolutely no hot water. Breakfast is just a few dishes of fried cabbage, dry fried rice, dry char siu sausage, a few slices of bread that is literally as hard as a rock. My family can eat every dish - chicken noodle soup and fried egg for a meal. If you even need a hotel to stay overnight for 1 night to catch the bus to Vin in the morning for your convenience, I would advise not to book this hotel, because the quality and service are not worth it. .

Do mình lịch trình di chuyển suốt ngày nên không chọn resort nghỉ dưỡng mà chọn Maison cho gần trung tâm, tiện di chuyển, đi bộ ra chợ đêm được không quá xa. khách sạn không có vườn xung quanh, nhưng view cao ngắm biển và thành phố. Ăn sáng ít món nhưng nhà hàng view biển đẹp mát. Nhân viên dễ thương, bạn Thùy hỗ trợ mình rất tốt về đặt phòng, chọn view cao, ngắm cả hoàng hôn phía biển và bình minh trên núi, mình rất hài lòng. Phòng cách âm chưa tốt, diện tích vừa phải, sạch sẽ. Phù hợp giá tiền và nhu cầu.
