The receptionist is very cute and enthusiastic. Bicycle rental support is available, convenient for walking around the old town. The rooms are clean, bright and airy. Feels like home. Highly recommend to everyone. Vuon Xoai has brought me a more wonderful trip to Hoi An.

The room is clean and tidy. The restroom is clean. The owner is super nice and gentle. I come here and feel like back in the day I was living with my grandparents, the atmosphere and everything are peaceful. They have bike rental service with a cheap price, there is a mini kitchen that you could cook noodles as well.

Phòng đặt không có tolet riêng không thấy báo trước trong khi đặt, có chăng ghi bằng tiếng anh, phòng bị làm phiền mấy lần từ người dọn phòng nói vào tắt máy lạnh nhưng khách đang ở trong đang nằm ngủ cần sự yên tỉnh, định mở khóa vào phòng, lần 2 thì ai đó tự tiện mở cửa mình la lên thì họ bỏ đi, rất bị làm phiền, ai đặt phòng nếu cần sự riêng tư thì cân nhắc

When I booked, I booked a superior room with an internal bathroom, but I canceled it to book a cheaper room with an external bathroom. Write clearly in the room type you booked. When you arrived, I told you the same thing. How did you notify me when the booking information did not have an email or phone number? I booked the outside Lotte room because I chose it and the price was cheap. During the holiday, she didn't have a room to change for me. It's not like I booked a fully furnished room but she put me in the outside toilet room. A crap review that isn't practical

there is no elevator. Moving up can be difficult for people carrying luggage. Toilet has no paper. If there is no dryer, there must be a fan. These days, there are no two, so it's very uncomfortable after taking a shower

Homestay is quite empty, the owner of the homestay is very cheating, not exactly as exchanged. Items in the room are old and damaged, but intentionally blame the guest to collect more money. Everyone who wants to rent should rent it through the app and if the owner intends to force you to click cancel the order through the app, remember not to cancel. And before you want to book or rent a car, you must also ask carefully the price and time before booking so as not to be cheated like me. I don't have to compete at all, I'm just a tourist, but I'm very dissatisfied with the cunning way of charging like here. The price in the app is cheap but not really cheap

She said I dropped the shower and I must have broken it because I have to use it every day, but I don't know, I just reminded you but never charged. I have to buy another one About renting a car, she always told me and everyone that read it, it is always 110k to rent a car for the day without renting it for 24 hours, if it is rented for 24 hours, the price is different. I just rented for a few days, she kept it for the night, but I said I was cheated to get more money. If you do anything later, ask carefully so you don't blame others.

Management is not good, guests who have booked a room pay for the place to call out of the room, get angry with the guest, call for not locking the system, we still have a lot of work, do you like to come to lock your house?
