I stayed here for a total of 6 days and the hotel was really dirty. When I checked in at 10 pm, the floor was covered in sand, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bedsheets were filthy. It was like they were just letting guests stay in the room temporarily before I arrived (because I checked in late). The towels were stained bright red, the hairdryer didn't work, and the fan was broken; they only replaced it when I requested it. I went down to ask them to clean the room, and I had to call twice before someone finally cleaned it for me. The owner's attitude was also ridiculous. When I said the room was dirty and sandy, the owner just said, "Of course, it's clean, my mother had already cleaned the floor." By the way, the hotel is very old, and the price isn't cheap either—800k VND per night is nothing. Also, the air conditioning was hot, not cool at all. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. For this price, you could choose a better hotel because the service is terrible and it's dirty. If you want to stay in a room with dirty, blood-stained bedsheets from the previous guest, then go ahead :)))))

The room was really terrible. The air conditioner was broken, and although there was a fan, the room had poor ventilation, so it was still extremely hot. There was also noise throughout the night, which sounded like people cleaning or moving things around, making it difficult to sleep. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it.

I booked while traveling to Da Nang, so I didn't read the previous guest reviews carefully; otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen it. The only good thing is it's near the beach and on the main road. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the curtains, bed linens, and furniture weren't clean. The bathroom didn't have toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, or body wash. I booked for 3 nights and they didn't clean the room at all. I even had to bring my own towels and ask to change them? At over 650k VND per night, it's terrible.

I booked this room to stay temporarily while waiting for my flight home that evening. The photo shows one of the two rooms I received, leaving my whole family stunned. We arrived at 12 PM to drop off our luggage, and when we returned at 2 PM to pick up the room, it hadn't been cleaned at all, and the staff didn't seem to notice. I had to wait almost 40 minutes for the staff to clean. The receptionist was the one who cleaned it. My child didn't get a nap until 3 PM. The air conditioning was too hot. One room had an extra fan, the other didn't. The facilities were dilapidated and broken. In general, families shouldn't choose this place for their vacation.

I booked a double room in advance on Traveloka, but when I arrived, the hotel said there were no rooms available, and directed me to the nearby King Hotel, which gave me a tiny single room. Once again, I will avoid this May hotel. This is the first time I booked a room and encountered a hotel like this.

The room is dirty, the reception hall has a bad smell. The blankets and pillows are old, it's itchy and I can't sleep. The lights in the room were dim and gloomy. In general, I would never book again even though the staff is very nice. Next to the hotel I booked a room for 400k but much cleaner and more modern.

I've traveled to Danang many times and encountered really bad hotels. When I entered the room, the bathroom cover had mold on a large area of the bed next to it. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned so I went down and asked if they had a request. I was fine when I first cleaned it, and I made an appointment to clean it the next day, but when I got home, I saw the stains on the bed were still there🤡 had I cleaned it yet? The floor was as dirty as before, so when I cleaned it, I just folded the pillows and blankets and that was it? In addition, the elevator presses the 4th floor down to the G floor. For 500k per night, it's not cheap. I rented the Phuoc My beach section above many times for less than 400 and it was still ok.

mọi người nên lưu ý phòng theo tiếng, mình đặt trên app mặc dù đã bấm với hiện tg nhận và trả phòng là 2h hôm nay tới 12h trưa hôm sau nhưng tới nơi nhân viên bảo phòng chỉ sử dụng 2 tiếng và bù tiền để dùng hạng phòng khác, nếu như vậy thì khách sạn nên cài đặt thời gian rõ ràng trên app để khách hàng đỡ nhầm lẫn
