I stayed at Hotel Melia in Ha Noi for 2 nights in August 2025 during holiday vacation. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Noi

Comfortable beds, very clean rooms. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Everything on the menu was delicious. Well located close to all the tourist sites. Great ammenities, good gym with all of the fixings, great spa.I would totally stay here again.

I have been to many hotels around the world (US, Canada, France, Dominican Republic) but this hotel is in my top 3 favorite hotels around the world. The attention to detail is 10/10. The staff 10/10. The room 10/10. I am allergic to ALOT for example seafood, nuts, egg, flour, wheat and the list goes on. Imagine how worried I was coming to Vietnam but this hotel menu and buffet melted away all my worries. The waiter and cooks always made sure I could eat the food. Every item was fresh and tasty. The concierge service booked us a 7 passenger seater van the night before we left to Ha Long Bay. If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. And I did not have to worry about talking my phone out for translation they understand stood my English. I love a cold room and I was not limited to a certain temperature. I will be traveling for 3 weeks in Vietnam and I have another Melia hotel booked in central Vietnam and I’m so excited.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The food was good especially if you’re a pick eater like me, it was the best I had my whole time in Hanoi, pricier but worth it for me. The message at the spa was awesome but twice the price and shorter than other locations outside the property. The only thing I would say I found to be excessive was the price for laundry service. I would hands down stay here again and highly recommend.

We had 2 suites which were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were vlean and well maintained. My only gripe was tgst the shower door didn't close properly so whenever we showered the bathrom floor area got wet. The pool area was quite small but was lovely, especially early in the morning when no one else was there! On our last day, before going to the airport, we are in the downstairs restaurant and the food and service was good. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The Melia is a perfect place to stay in Hanoi the Suites offer so much along with the breakfast the afternoon tea is a great addition , I recommend that if you are in HANOI the Melia is a perfect stay.
