The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and a much needed respite from hectic days in the city! One morning I tried to leave and it was just starting to rain/mist and the doorman insisted on loaning me an umbrella - I was grateful since just after I left it started to rain! Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is that the surrounding neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but it’s a 5 min moto rise from Hoàm Kiem.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Midori Boutique Hotel in June this year. It is in a great location that allows you to experience life in Hanoi, with its bustling street life and character, but without being in the middle of the main tourist area. You can walk to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake if you like, although a taxi is a very cheap and convenient option should you prefer. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the Vietnamese breakfast (their pho is fabulous!) is a wonderful way to start the day and keep you going until lunch time. Our room was very generously sized, comfortable and clean, and with double glazing it was very quiet and cool. There are some great places to eat and drink nearby and a good coffee is never far away. We will definitely return when we next travel to Hanoi.

The plus point is that the receptionist is very nice and gentle. The minus point here is the way the KS handled it. Asked me to pay an extra 300k/1 night to stay because the room name has 2 hours, which means the price of 660k I booked on traveloka only lasted 2 hours. I do not agree with the reason for booking on traveloka. Check in at 2pm and check out at 12pm the next day with the above price. It took a while to go around and around, then the hotel had to give in. If you meet a customer who is not sure, you will have to pay 300k.

Khách sạn tuyệt vời. Chúng tôi đã quay lại lần thứ 2. Ngày nào chúng tôi cũng được chăm sóc tận tình chu đáo. Rất cảm ơn đội ngũ nhân viên luôn luôn quan tâm chăm sóc, linh động giúp đỡ gia đình tôi. Chắc chắn lần sau ra Hà Nội chúng tôi sẽ quay lại đây!
