Very impressed and forever attached to Minh Cat Hotel - 15 Ly Tu Trong. The hotel is clean, all from the staff to the reception, the manager is very kind, kind, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. Enough to love them from the first talk. Managers are extremely easy to handle, ready to support customers with all your heart. The hotel has all the facilities, elevator, wifi, solar energy, everything too good. There are enough tickets to visit, Cheap motorbike rental, assistance to set the car to the airport very good price. Guaranteed 100%, from here on, to Nha Trang, only to visit Minh Cat.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. My husband and I planned to stay for 1 night because of work so we booked a day and night room. We were far away so we arrived at 4pm and then went out to eat and play at the beach. We went up to the room to rest at 6pm, but when we turned on the air conditioner, the room smelled like a car, the bathroom was dirty, and the towels were not neatly folded. Especially the toilet was clogged, so at 6:30pm we checked out and couldn't stay, we had to leave immediately. The hotel was terrible. The hotel said they would tell Traveloka to refund the room but there was nothing. The service was terrible. Disgusting.

I booked through the app but when I arrived at the hotel there was no information, so I had to transfer it to another nearby hotel. Because I lived elsewhere, I didn't have any experience in Minh Cat. The room amenities rating is a bit low because I checked in right when a couple just left. Staff had to quickly change the bed sheets and remove the cigarette smell from the room.
