Advantages: the staff is very friendly, I asked for an extra pillow, the staff was very enthusiastic to bring it to me, it's near the center and easy to get around.
Disadvantages:
- The room has many serious cracks, I don't know why the hotel arranged such a bad room for me, opening the window is a water pump, very very noisy, because it is near the water tank, the room temperature is even colder than outside, so after one night of sleeping, I woke up with a cold and had a fever.
- The hotel's hygiene is very bad, the toilet, sofa, room are very dirty, there is a lot of dust on the clothes rack, the window curtains are moldy, the faucet in the room is almost broken and leaks a lot, the hair dryer in the room is rusty to the point that when I plugged it in, it started to smoke even though I reported to the receptionist to get a new one
- The road to the hotel is very bad, it is very difficult to travel because there are many cars and the road is dilapidated.
- All my experiences are true, not competitors or bad hotel, all are real images.
- My experience with the hotel is very bad, even though I only stayed 1 night, but with the price I paid of 484,500/night, I feel it is not worth it, the hotel should review the accommodation as well as arrange the room appropriately, the room hygiene is very bad, it is impossible for a room next to a water pump and a water tank like that to still allow guests to stay.

22:30 still the old man pumping water on the rooftop, located right above the room. The room smells musty. The color of the bed sheets is like the color of a monk. The toilet has a hole in the plaster ceiling (a person can fit through).

The hotel has received feedback from guests and has the following comments:
-The guest wanted to cancel 1 night to return home early, the hotel refused so they intentionally made things difficult.
-The pump is located on the upper floor facing the street away from the living room, not above the living room.
- When hearing customer feedback at 10:30, the hotel completely turned off the booster pump.
- Regarding the bed sheets, if customers do not like them, they can ask the staff to change to another color (completely new bed sheets)
-The room on the 6th floor is a valley hundreds of meters deep, the room is windy on 3 sides, and it hasn't rained for over a month.
- Guests booking a room for 4 people staying for 5 people, the hotel does not charge any additional fees, including mineral water outside the room, guests can take as much as they want (there are 4 bottles available in the room)
The plaster ceiling in the room is plasterboard. Because the toilet light was broken during Tet and there was no place to sell it, we had to replace it with a light of a different size, so we had to remove the plasterboard (the customer's message and review on ggmaps meant that the hotel did it on purpose to peek in).
Mr. Vu Dinh Nam, whatever we do, we need to maintain virtue for our children and grandchildren. Because of an unreasonable request on the third day of Tet, you deliberately fabricated and defamed others. I hope that no one in your work will do that to you.

I arrived quite early but the house was already open for guests. There is a shared bathroom for those who arrive before check-in time to use for personal use and change clothes. I was able to check in early at 10am and there was no additional charge. Very satisfied. The yard is large enough to park a car or turn around comfortably. There is a chill grill restaurant next to the house. Good experience. Will come back to try the shared kitchen, I thought this was just a hotel so I didn't ask about the shared kitchen but saw many reviews. Hehe. The view when I wake up in the morning makes me want to stay at home, no need to go to a coffee shop to see the valley.

I stayed on the rooftop, the room looked out to the back of the hill, one side looked straight down the slope with many barbecue restaurants and cafes. The downside is poor soundproofing, the elevator and water pump are noisy, the alley is small so taxis or cars are afraid to come in; the advantage is that there are many restaurants with beautiful views around.

I just booked a room for the 2/9 holiday. I have been to Da Lat many times but this is the first time I feel happy because of the enthusiasm and kindness of the staff, especially the owner here! The central location is close to everywhere, I booked a Double With Valley View room at a very reasonable price, the room is clean, beautifully decorated, especially with 2 window views of Da Lat from above, it is beyond reproach. In the morning, when I opened the door, I saw clouds coming around, if you are lazy like me, just go to the stairs on the side of the homestay to take pictures and you will run out of sauce :)))). Overall 10/10, nothing to complain about, recommend you to experience it.

I just experienced a trip to Da Lat at Misty Valley Hotel. Sharing some feelings for the following customers and suggestions to make the hotel better: - Location: near the Night Market, Lam Vien Square, Xuan Huong Lake, suitable for entertainment. However, during rush hour, many cars move to the barbecue restaurant next door. There was a day when I couldn't book a Grab to pick me up 🥹 - Services & Amenities: + The room doesn't have soap or hand sanitizer, so people who come later should buy it themselves. The owner should invest more. + There is shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer in the room. + Motorbikes for rent, reasonable price. They keep the ID card but when checking out, they didn't return it to the guest, I went to the airport and remembered to come back to get it, partly my fault but also shows Misty's lack of professionalism. + The room is not cleaned every day, so you should pay attention to hygiene. + We rented for 5 more hours in the afternoon, the price was reasonable, the owner was very accommodating. In short, the view is beautiful, the hours are flexible, everyone can consider it.
