1. Location: Convenient, with restaurants and a pedestrian street right outside. 2. Breakfast: Basic, not varied, felt like they were reusing old items. 3. Facilities: Relatively old, leaky drains, weak showerhead, inconsistent hot and cold water, air conditioning not cool enough; sitting in the room around midday or afternoon made me sweat. My room needed a technician to check it, and when they discovered the air conditioning problem, the hotel contacted me once to arrange a room change. However, the change was within the hotel's restricted hours (which I was busy at), so I couldn't change rooms. 4. Staff and Service: - Inconsistent (reception staff). Some were very friendly and professional, but others were slow, and some were uncooperative when customers called to complain about the facilities. I'm not judging their attitude, but I think they were inexperienced, not well-trained, or perhaps not adequately compensated. - I was impressed by: + The doorman; their job was quite demanding, but they always tried their best to provide a good experience for guests. + The cleaning staff in the dining area; they didn't interact with guests, but they still observed and cleaned quickly. + Especially a technician whose name I don't know, who came to check the air conditioner in my room. Seeing that the air conditioner was weak and we couldn't change rooms yet, they brought up a standing fan. When that fan was making a lot of noise, they immediately went to get another one. My mother was hot and asked for some ice to drink, and they immediately went to get it (before that, my mother had asked the reception desk and they said it would take two hours). After that, my mother asked the technician to check the refrigerator as well because it was also very weak, and they adjusted it right away (before that, my mother had also reported this to the reception desk, but they said the refrigerator could only do that much; thinking back, it's funny how some individuals in the reception team behaved). Thank you again, technical staff member. I can sense in you the dedication to the service industry, feeling that you haven't fully satisfied your customers. Every business needs employees like you.

Friendly bell staff. I do not appreciate the restaurant service. The dishes are not diverse, need to improve the taste. The room is relatively clean but the soundproofing is not good. At noon, you can hear the sound of drilling and chiseling at the construction site. At night, the exhaust fan and mini bar are quite noisy. With a 4-star standard, I think the facility should equip more essential oil diffusers to make the rooms more fragrant. The shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap smell very bad.
