I gave this high stars so you can read it and be smart...
We booked a 'beachfront' deluxe room. As we're happily chugging our baggage across the cute trail and up the steps, we discover all we have is a sea view. Nobody speaks enough English to get the point, so they materialize the manager, who tells us that this is indeed a beach front. After some argument over technical details, they allege that is actually a sea view. And so sorry, beach front is unavailable. Great. We get a small discount. Had we been less upfront they clearly would have ripped off the unsuspecting tourist.
Other than this event, the pool was nice. The breakfast was OK. The beach, frightfully dirty. Location, meh. Not much around, you might do better moving closer to civilization if that's what you're after. All that to say, make sure you get what you're paying for!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce resort. La plage, la piscine, le calme, le décor luxuriant, jardin très bien entretenu. Cependant pour les restaurants et autres activités, il faut louer un scooter ou un vélo.
À recommander pour un séjour en amoureux.

Поездка в январе 2016. Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления. Райское местечко, тихий и чистый пляж, территория невероятна красивая. номера с видом на море это сказка. Умиротворение одним словом. Расположен тоже вполне удачно. Персонал старается, но не очень хорошо понимает английский. Завтраки очень хорошие. Твердая пятерка. С удовольствием вернусь именно в этот отель.

Mình book 3 đêm mà phải bỏ của chạy lấy người 😡 Thật tệ hại khi book phải resort này 😡 Phòng cực kỳ hôi, đêm đầu không đổi được phòng phải trải qua một đêm ám ảnh và ảnh hưởng nhiều đến sức khỏe , sang ngày tưởng đổi được phòng tốt hơn nhưng không hề vì chỗ này cũng rất là dơ, có nhiều muỗi, không dọn phòng theo chu kỳ của khách sạn mà khi nào khách kêu mới dọn. Phòng không có diện thoại nội bộ mỗi lần cần gì phải đi tìm lễ Tân . Resort không có bảo vệ , sảnh lễ tân thì như nhà hoang khi mình check out thì sảnh lễ Tân không 1 bóng người. Chỉ nhớ lại cảnh tượng đó thôi đã thấy sợ ma rồi 😱 Hết mức chịu đựng nên gia đình mình phải bỏ đi thuê resort khác trong khi đã trả tiền đầy đủ Mũi né sun & sea beach kiểu như nhà nghỉ thôi, chứ không nên gọi resort 3 sao lừa người như thế

I had a holiday on April 30 here, a good place to stay opposite the resort, there are many restaurants and cafes, so I don't have to go far to eat, cool, great swimming pool, okay buffet, need more dishes. Minus point: the resort should invest in a reception house and the landscape at the front of the resort because it's bad, it's not as cool and cool as some resorts on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street.

Trên app ghi rõ loại phòng mình đặt là có "bồn tắm", nhựng nhận phòng thì lễ tân lại bảo phòng mình đặt không có trong khi mục đích mình đặt cái phòng này vì nó có bồn tắm. Muốn chuyển qua phòng có bồn tắm thì cần trả thêm 200K / đêm. App nên check lại với resort và update thông tin đúng để khách không chọn nhầm phòng, cảm giác như bị lừa ak. Cơ sở vật chất của resort cũ, tường gạch xuống màu. Bể bơi dơ, rất nhiều rác dưới đáy, gạch chung quanh bể bơi cũng bị bể nhiều.

The hotel is under renovation. The pool water is still dusty, but the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The sea is big and the water is not clean this season. Breakfast needs more variety. My room has a sea view, spacious with a bathtub but a bit old. generally stable.

Mình book được phòng sea view giá siêu tốt do book ngay khung giờ sale trưa, đến lúc check in do khách sạn còn phòng trống nên đã upgrade miễn phí lên ocean view (khách sạn chỉ có 2,3 phòng ocean view). Do 1 năm dịch vắng khách nên phía ngoài lễ tân trông hơi cũ, nhưng đi vào trong đẹp xỉu, nhiều cây xanh, hồ bơi sạch, sát biển, phòng to rộng rãi, có bồn tắm và chỗ tắm ngoài chơi khá chill, nột thất tạm ổn. Nghe nói đây là bãi đẹp nhất Phan Thiết, chiều chiều thấy nhiều bạn ở chỗ khác kéo xuống đây chụp rạng dừa. Mình đã từng ở kháchsạn cao cấp hơn, nhưng đây khách sạn đầu tiên mình review trên app vì cô chú anh chị nhân viên nhiệt tình và mong mọi người đến PT có thể chọn được resort tốt, giá tốt.
