The hot-water in bathroom is extremely unstable! And the water volume also not enough. Air-conditioning only can provide the warm air (though I adjust to the cold function) Gym is shabby, not like the photo shown in web and elvator. (It 's OK for simple facility, but not accepted for the false advertising.) But still appreciate for staffs, very professional and kind, the experience in the front desk and restaurant are awesome.

Renting 2 rooms, 1 bedroom has a hole, the night before, I don't want to change it. Toothpicks don't have hot water, asked if they forgot to turn it on Breakfast is normal
