The receptionist was very friendly and supportive, the hotel has a nice location, convenient to travel, standard room, not too special but fully equipped. The soundproofing is not very good, the room next door had children playing so I couldn't sleep in my room. However, overall the experience was quite good. I might come back next time.

Not very satisfied! Yesterday while I was sleeping, the hotel arbitrarily opened the room door and told me to add more noodles. This morning, while I was sleeping, I called down to drive the car somewhere else, and later called again to ask what time it was to clean the room. Really tired!

Khách sạn bình thường không có gì đặc sắc, ăn sáng cũng bình thường nếu không phải nói là sơ sài, lưu ý mọi người trả phòng đúng giờ không bị phạt thêm 30% giá phòng. Vòi xịt vệ sinh gây khó chịu khi không tắt được bình thường, dùng mà hết hồn. Được cái nhân viên có giúp đỡ cho mượn đồ khi cần, thái độ nhẹ nhàng vui vẻ. Một lần là đủ.

I arrived in Sapa early to meet another receptionist who quoted another early check-in price, later one of the receptionists quoted another early check-in price, the bathroom smelled quite bad from the sewer pipe, it felt uncomfortable.

Muong Thanh Sapa right on the lake, quiet, fresh air, no noise! Extremely friendly and fun staff, enthusiastic manager! The food is not so much like some other provinces, but it's still very good! When you need support they are very enthusiastic! Score 10 points (especially the mango peeler for me) I bought a mango without a knife, the hotel does not lend a knife according to regulations. She is very happy to help me too!

Khách sạn nhìn sang nhưng sảnh chờ luôn nhiều khách dự tiệc cưới, khá ồn ào! Trên app thấy ngoại + nội thất khá tốt nhưng vào ở thì không phải như vậy (TV nhỏ xíu, không bật để xem được, chủ yếu để trang trí, buồng tắm nước đọng nhiều, tắm xong như ở hồ bơi, nước không rút, phí giặt đồ rất đắt, cái này là 285k / 2 bộ quần áo bthuong) Buffet sáng mình không ăn nên không rõ, lễ tân nhiệt tình, nói chung với số tiền 900-1.000.000 thì không nên ở Khách sạn này ! Thân .
