The staff is extremely enthusiastic and greets guests. The room I booked was upgraded to a room with a sea view. I went on a rainy day so I couldn't experience all the resort's services: coral viewing, kayaking... breakfast was not very diverse due to few guests. A place for those who love nature, lots of trees... far from the center, but also close to Grandworld...

Nice hotel, beautiful scenery, clear sea, lots of fish, a lot of mosquitoes. Nice clean room. Enthusiastic, attentive, friendly staff, a little food due to not many guests Reasonable price over 20 million 3 sea view rooms 3 nights. Clear sea many fish and corals. the lunch and call to the room were quite good.

If it wouldn't be good to great, we would not have returned for a 7th time in 6 years.
Nam Ngi is 1st location - location -location
A Coral Peninsula is what it is. You go into the water and see great maritime live at your feet.
Second is the service. Albeit not run by an international banner, the staff is punctual and pro.
Third is is the great food at the Tree house, with a stunning seating at the water front on the new built terrace.
Both the rooms and villa's offer a great quality. only the choice of firmer pillow menu would be a plus.
The area's of further improvement (to remain our #1 spot on PQ)
Cleanness into the details - though not a big deal (some stains in the shower - just need an extra polish)
But.... the beach on the Rock could get some more attention. Some seats and tables were put , but to make it a 6 star experience, I would just suggest to use the swim guard as a guardian to clean the area a bit more frequent
I truly love this resort, but it is my nature to suggest perfection as to let it be the Crown of your stay on PQ and a memory you carry along as we always do

This hotel is amazing. The villas are super nice but not all of them have the same views. Some are blocked by trees so you might want to try to clarify if you can have a room with a clear view.
There isn't much near the resort, but they do have a shuttle to town and the ability to rent scooters if you are brave.

Great place to stay, clean room, beautiful swimming pool and beach. Staff were very nice and friendly. On the last day at the resort, we went to Rock Island and due to the weather, we had to stay in the island wait for 1 hour for the boat. We thought we would miss the shuttle bus to Duong Dong but the staff did everything (luggage transfer, buggy pickup) so that we could make it on time. My wife even left the phone on the shuttle bus to Duong Dong. However, the staff were very helpful and she got her phone in a couple of hours. We will definitely come back to Nam Nghi one day!

A very nice resort with a beautiful private island and beach. Excellent breakfast and pro-active and friendly staff. Unluckily our room was very noisy (we could here everything from the level above and also the next room as well as from the corridor. There was no bar open longer than 22h00 and there is basically nothing in the surroundings.

Amazing place! Very nature's resort and all the staff is very attentive and friendly. The private pier and beach are beautiful, snorkeling and kayaking very good, the hotel provides equipment to make us convenient.

Overall massively disappointed. Lack of option, lack of free amenities.lack of dining options. These are all a must when your property is so isolated.

음식이 맛이 없어요.. 우리 기준으로 가격대가 높은건 아닌데, 한국에서 가격 조금 있는 가게 수준이에요. 그니까 베트남치고는 엄청 비싼건데.. ㅠ 절대 그 가격 대의 가게가 아님 ㅠㅠ 다른건 진짜 환상적이고.. 스노클링 꼭 하세요.. 락 아일랜드로 나가면 수심이 얕고, 수영장 앞바다랑 다르게 더 맑아요! 개조아.. 락아일랜드 선셋은 보긴 했는데.. 어차피 오션뷰라 방에서도 뷰가 똑같더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Private island. Fine dining at the Treehouse restaurant. At the main hotel a secluded beach and excellent main pool makes for a relaxing stay. The staff were very attentive and couldn't do more to make your stay more enjoyable. Special mention the the Restaurant Manager for looking after us.

The showers tend to flood as the drains are not periodically cleaned, however, when we had a small problem at the start the staff was helpful to resolve it.
In the Restaurant they charge for plain water, which should be free in such a hot humid area.
Restaurant food was disappointing and the selection meagre, there is scope for improvement there.

We absolutely loved staying here - beautiful property in an incredible location. Staff were very helpful and professional across the board, it really was delightful. My only comment relates to the quality and consistency of meals in contrast with price, which is significant when in a fairly isolated area. I am more than happy to pay for quality, but it was not a match - particularly as restaurants are marketed as more fine dining (the tree house anyway). The property is under new management with the Hyatt as of this week, and separately I heard mention of food and island experience being a focus for the future. Hopefully that happens and rates don’t go up to much with it... All in all - amazing

idyllic and relaxing stay amidst nature and away from the gritty (i.e., backpacker-y) touristy areas. would highly recommend it as it likely will not stay as low-key as it is given that the hotel's parent company entered into a partnership agreement with hilton group just a few weeks ago. would be ace if there were a few more food options at the hotel.

The hotel is in a very quiet area. The beach is nice and clean, although it is very rocky. There are a lot of fish. Very eco-friendly. The room is large and well designed. The shower is a little odd, since it just dumps water on you and splashes everywhere.

idyllic and relaxing stay amidst nature and away from the gritty (i.e., backpacker-y) touristy areas. would highly recommend it as it likely will not stay as low-key as it is given that the hotel's parent company entered into a partnership agreement with hilton group just a few weeks ago. would be ace if there were a few more food options at the hotel.

The hotel is in a very quiet area. The beach is nice and clean, although it is very rocky. There are a lot of fish. Very eco-friendly. The room is large and well designed. The shower is a little odd, since it just dumps water on you and splashes everywhere.

Very nice place, Hotel own beach, staff very friendly. For trips around the Resort you Need to plan some time but staff is very supportive to organize and make it happen.
