It is not known what the hotel and agent are having, but when it comes to checking in, it is not on the list. Fortunately, everything is ok after that. The hotel is centrally located, so it is convenient to travel, clean rooms, polite service. What is your money :))

At first I booked a double room but when I arrived there was only a single bed. The staff also enthusiastically assisted, although at the end I still received a single room because I did not want to change other guests. Room is clean but spring mattress is not very comfortable.

The old hotel, the appliances in the yellow toilet, the smelly toilet that the vacuum is damaged, the hair dryer is also damaged, the air conditioner is fixed at no time. The service staff is not enthusiastic, the room is smaller in the picture. The only plus is the center, convenient for moving.

I asked the hotel about the hotel red bill for me to pay for the company. But the hotel didn't show up, telling me to contact traveloka myself. After asking Traveloka, they answered that the hotel did not show up, and traveloka did not support it either. While they are exported to other guests. The hotel makes it very easy to do something very simple.

The room is compared to the room rate. The receptionist did not respond very well at 5am when I checked out and moved to the station, I needed water to drink, I did not see the 3 * free water as I had booked at this hotel. table. I just picked up a bottle of green tea in the fridge and came down to the Receptionist asking this hotel 3 * not so free water but I do not see where to drink. In the fridge, there was water, and you took it. "There were four bottles of water in the fridge after I took the green tea. Answering my questions like that, free water are all outside so that in the refrigerator is another mini bar, guests have to charge money or guests do not know is free or not? Meanwhile on the online is to 3 *. The problem here is not free water in the room but the guest service attitude. I would like the hotel to review the attitude of employees when answering the customer's questions.
