It's a small boutique hotel, so as expected the room was beautiful and comfy. Just a 2 minute walk to Sun Plaza and in the city center, so walking around is a no brainer. Big windows made the foggy scenery even more mystical. The staff were very friendly and let us check-in sooner when we arrived. Thumbs up! We have a pleasant stay here.

The staff is very friendly and can speak English. There are 2 cute dogs that guard the room in the morning. The room is quite big, clean and there is a heater on the bed. There is a lift, hair dryer, toiletries, refrigerator and others. The photo is the same as the real thing.

Nice hotel and so near from Sun Plaza, the room very clean. The staff are very kind and the owner let us take a bath before check-in time because we’re arrived at Sapa from Hanoi at 5 AM, so we could stroll around before check-in time. We’ll recommend this hotel to you who’ll travel & stay to Sapa.

Honestly, this hotel is highly recommended. Due to the extremely cold weather, the hotel provides bed warmers. You can also rent motorbikes for an unlimited time or for the whole day, ranging from 120 to 150 VND (excluding gas). They also sell cold-weather clothing next door, and it's very close to the cathedral and Sun Plaza.
