Wonderful hotel with city and river view. Easy access to river walk or boat ride and restaurants.

I only have to praise all the stuff especially all the managers and more and best Miss NGa she is a excellent manager I want to thank them all for the fantastic job they all do at the Novotel

Hotel was perfect! The staff in the Premier Lounge including Amy, Nami, Rosa, Tran, Joseph and all the other wonderful people made us feel like family! Our room on the 30th floor had a spectacular view of the Dragon Bridge and Han River!

It was a very nice hotel, big rooms, clean, really nice bathrooms and good location. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Generally a pleasant place to stay but definitely not a 5 star property by worldwide standards.

This was a gorgeous property. The luxury suite was stunning with the best views. You can walk anywhere from this hotel. The staff is fantastic.

The property is great, new and modern. The room is very comfortable and cozy. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. It’s just that there’s not much around in walking distance.

Excellent location, very clean, and very capable staff. If you stay for any more than four days choose an apartment, where the 2BR apartments come with a cooktop, washing machine/dryer, and a full-size fridge & freezer - as well as all the amenities of the actual hotel. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet and gym were excellent. Special mention must go to Nam, one of the hotel's concierges, who went out of his way to organise a number of our side trips for us and help navigate our way around Da Nang. Perhaps the only small minus was the flotilla of motorbikes zooming down the main street almost every night - but I guess that's the price one pays for having a room overlooking the Han River. If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning. Our two-bedroom apartment also had a very large balcony, which was fantastic to sit out on and watch the world go by on the river. The hotel was also directly opposite the boarding location for the night river cruises.
