This is a great hotel to be at. Room is very clean, but what impressed me the most was the super-helpful housekeeping staff who goes above and beyond. She even offer to bring back for me a bowl of the best noodle in town on her lunch break. The hotel is only a few minutes’s walk to the beautiful Danang beach, It also has a pool but I never made it there because the beach is so close by. Security staff is also very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of convenient services offered by the hotel to attractions for a very reasonable price, which I wish I had taken advantage of while I was there. It would have saved me a tons of money.

I booked 4 rooms for a trip with my wife's family from Tay Ninh. I had a suite which included a soaking tub which my wife and her family had never seen or used before. This surprised me but they enjoyed the experience. The hotel is modern and clean with a great breakfast buffet. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly with a working knowledge of English.

Actually the location is very good, it's just not well managed, the receptionist doesn't speak English, making it difficult to communicate, the lobby is very hot, there are no complaints about the room, it's just that the building is old and the bathroom is crusty, overall it's not bad, but if I were to come back again I would think twice, there are many other options that cost the same as this hotel but have better quality, the breakfast is not that good

The hotel is beautiful, the receptionist is very enthusiastic, the security guard is very friendly. Impressive, even though it's on the 12th floor, the water is very strong, the hotel has 2 big elevators, the hallway lights are all automatic, the room lights are using the stairs circuit so it's very convenient for guests.

The hotel is very clean and the reception staff friendly. But breakfast is only until 9 o'clock and the buffet was very unappetizing. Despite new orders I got cold coffee and cold fried eggs. I saw 2 employees who did nothing and one slept in a chair.

Great stay, clean hotel and room very ok, locked with NFC tags, can only be opened from the inside, very convenient for those who forget to lock the door, but the morning buffet is not many dishes (about 15 dishes ) and there are some dishes that are not delicious (Pasta with tomato sauce)
