The room at Oyster really wowed me when I arrived. I didn't expect much but I was really amazed when I arrived. The room was very new and especially very fragrant. The standard was no different from the 5-star hotels that I have experienced. The receptionist was very friendly and supported early check-in. One day I will come back and continue to book at Oyster.

The receptionist and service staff are extremely friendly, always smiling and ready to assist whenever needed. The room cleaning service is quick and thoughtful.

The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, the breakfast buffet is diverse, the dishes are delicious and changed every day. The hotel also has a spa if you need to relax.

I had a trip with my family here, I was supported to upgrade my room for free to a higher and more spacious floor, I arrived at 12 o'clock but the hotel let me get my room right away, the food here is delicious especially lunch, the staff are very enthusiastic, the hotel is clean and beautiful, very convenient, in general 10/10, my daughter didn't want to go home after going 😀

Highly recommend everyone to stay here, Dau beach area will be quieter than Thuy Van side, the service here is 10 points, all the staff are smiling even though I only stayed 1 night, the fridge has free 2 soft drinks and mineral water. My room has a view of the hill, looking exactly like Da Lat 🤭🤭

Location & Transportation Convenient The location is convenient for traveling. However, it should be noted that the area on the side of Ganh Hao 1 can be a bit congested during rush hour.

Too good for a hotel a bit far from the center but with a full sea view, friendly service, new clean rooms, good soundproofing, beautiful pool bar area, diverse drinks. Breakfast buffet is okay for me. But for relaxing, it's very okele and especially wow when the hotel fulfills my request when I book on traveloka.

Around 10:30 pm, my room door was knocked and rang many times, I'm sure it wasn't the hotel staff. The next morning, I asked the receptionist to check but didn't receive any further response until checkout. I think everything was okay except this point about the hotel.

Service Quality Excellent Overall service quality is very good, providing a great vacation experience.
Rooms & Design Satisfied New, clean and beautiful room with modern design. A big plus is the room with a beautiful view.
Restaurant & View Noteworthy The restaurant has a great space and a beautiful view, creating a strong impression when dining.
Staff Attitude Excellent The staff are extremely friendly and professional. 10 stars for enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.
Location & Transportation Convenient The location is convenient for traveling. However, it should be noted that the area on the side of Ganh Hao 1 can be a bit congested during rush hour.
Parking Needs improvement Car parking is limited, we suggest the Hotel consider adding more.

I highly appreciate the service at the hotel, from the security guard, receptionist... everyone is very enthusiastic and friendly, I am very satisfied, although the breakfast buffet is not perfect but everything can be skipped because the service deserves 100 points :)

Too good for a hotel a bit far from the center but with a full sea view, friendly service, new clean rooms, good soundproofing, beautiful pool bar area, diverse drinks. Breakfast buffet is okay for me. But for relaxing, it's very okele and especially wow when the hotel fulfills my request when I book on traveloka.

Around 10:30 pm, my room door was knocked and rang many times, I'm sure it wasn't the hotel staff. The next morning, I asked the receptionist to check but didn't receive any further response until checkout. I think everything was okay except this point about the hotel.

My family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and was satisfied. The location is a bit far from the center, but in return, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are clean, and the swimming pool is quite chill. Great experience and my family will definitely come back.
