The hotel is right next to the beach, walking to the beach to watch the sunrise is great, the hotel is located in a neighborhood with many Western guests so the food is also rich and diverse, this is the second time staying at the hotel but I still like it and the price is ok, will come back if I have the chance to go again

The minus point is that the room is quite old: the floor is broken, the bathroom is not equipped, quite old and feels unclean A choice for those who are not too demanding

Great hotel at a reasonable price, in a central location in An Thuong area. It is difficult to find a similar hotel at such an attractive price. The staff is polite and courteous. It would be better if the hotel increased the number of lights to increase recognition.

Service and room quality here are very good. From the receptionist to the uniform, it's fine to choose the palazzo. The location is very convenient everywhere in the city and especially near the sea walking to the road is the sea. Well, the palazzo, I don't care about you at this New Year party because I stayed in another hotel for 2 days and I went to Hue on the other day, so I went to Hue to go to Hue the next day and I received a room at the palazzo but I knew that the only way to use the map was to just go to the palazzo hotel, I went to ask her room. The reception here seemed to be unhappy with what I didn't know but it was very uncomfortable to check that there was no room I ordered. Thanks to the help of the checker, I did not ask that I put the palazzo 3 that I went to via palazzo1 to ask, but the receptionist attitude is not good. She said something like that to me "this is palazzo, which one sister put the other side to ask, sister", but an ironic attitude like that. But I went through the palazzo 3, so the receptionist was very happy and enthusiastic. The feeling of palazzo 3 gives me a happy time
