At noon that day, I went back to the front desk friends to support refund but did not see the manager or the hotel owner intending to change the car for me. I had to use that car to go to Grandworld from afternoon to evening. There was an error message, but I didn't notice it because the backpack was attached to the car and obscured the view of the engine heat indicator light. About 2 minutes away, I had to stop for 3-5 minutes to cool down, I was so frustrated when I arrived at the old airport that I reported to the hotel and met the owner of the hotel. When I got back to the hotel, I complained that the hotel did not have any plans for me when I had a problem while the money was collected at check-in. 6. According to the car rental contract I signed with the hotel, I can rent a car for 150k/24 hours. I rented at 9:30' on April 30 and if according to the contract, the rental period will expire at 9:29 am on May 1. That morning I needed to buy things urgently, it was about 7:30 am but the car was taken because of an error, I asked to help the car move in 15-30 minutes, the receptionists were enthusiastic to support but when it came time to accidentally, the owner doesn't seem very satisfied. Fortunately, at that time, there were 4 foreigners who had already returned to the car, I was able to borrow it and pay it back within 30 minutes. The road I went was from the hotel to the night market about 2km, but seeing that the car had no gas, I still added nearly 1 liter of gas to the car. After complaining a lot about the fees and services from the hotel, I was "supported" for free of the car rental fee. 7. The air conditioner is too hot. I turned on 18 degrees all night but still hot. Maybe long time no maintenance?

The room is clean, spacious, with a beautiful balcony like the picture. Happy reception, nice checkin waiting room. The pool is overflowing with clean edges. The room is fully furnished, quiet although close to the main road, near many famous restaurants. If next time I visit Phu Quoc, I still recommend staying here😘
