Hi, thank you for sending the hotel reviews after your stay. During our stay, we tried to support and provide us with the most comfortable, clean and comfortable accommodation. Regarding the problem of guests making noise, I hope you understand because it was the weekend, so the room was full of guests. Initially, I had arranged my room in a place away from noise, but because I wanted to change rooms, I only had that position for me. The fact that guests make noise is an unintended thing, the hotel itself also wants to overcome it but cannot take the initiative to completely. We apologize for giving you a bad experience!
