The staff attitude is extremely bad. I went in a group of 4 people and had a 16 year old younger brother with ID card but our group was not allowed to stay. I paid in advance on the app. At that time, the receptionist only informed that we were not allowed to stay but did not give instructions on how to resolve the issue. Because I saw the rule that from 18 years old and bringing children requires an adult. We are the older siblings taking our younger brother on a trip. So people 16-17 years old are not allowed to stay at the hotel. By law, children are under 16 years old.

Very close to the airport, clean and comfortable for a couple of nights' stay. I probably wouldn't stay longer than a couple of nights, but for the price of $30 AUD a night, it did the job. Excellent restaurants around the corner and other services like a hairdresser, coffee shops. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

The room was okay. The toilet smelled a bit. However, I stayed in a mezzanine room with a view of the reception. The light was as bright as day so I couldn't sleep at night. There were also no curtains on either side of the glass door like in the photo. The light was so bright in the room that it was very uncomfortable.

The room is tiny. The furniture is from a very old time. The hot water is not usable. Because the hot water heater is probably from more than ten years ago. In general, if anyone wants to have a really bad experience. There are no chairs to sit on when waiting for check in, so customers sit on the stairs. Because the waiting chair can only seat 5 people, there is no more room. If you want a chair, you have to sit on the patio, but in the middle of the hot Saigon, you can't stand it. The toilet looks so dirty that you don't want to go to the bathroom or take a shower. The air conditioner is probably from a very old time. In general, I will never go back.
