The air conditioner was howling all night. The staff said the phone would stop ringing after about 20-30 minutes. The outside area was noisy, and the hot water heater was incredibly dirty. The room wasn't clean either.

When arriving at the hotel, the staff said there were no rooms available. When asking to move to another hotel, they said the address was wrong. The real address was nearly 3km away from this hotel. When asked to check out and pay, they refused. The way the hotel operates is terrible!

Pros: conveniently located near the night bus stop from hoi an. 24 hours check in. Spacious clean room. Cons: no hot water on the room, staff will bang loudly at your door 2 (two) minutes past check out time to hurry to leave the room.

Old furniture. The floor is peeling. Wipe the speaker, the table is dirty, use a towel to wipe off a layer of dust. The elevator is not cleaned. The receptionist and room cleaning staff had a very unpleasant attitude. Room prices are not low compared to the general level, but the quality is quite low. If placed, need to consider. I accept spending 1 day losing money and not staying to move to another place.

Nhân viên khách sạn mà đâu tưởng là cha là mẹ đấng trên trời. Cái thằng đeo kính trực ca chiều thứ 6 ngày 12/4, thái độ mất dạy với khách, nói chuyện như đấm vào mồm không hiểu sao đánh giá 1 sao quá trời vì nhân viên mà khách sạn vẫn để cho làm được nể thật. Ngoài điểm trừ nhân viên ra thì còn lại phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát đủ tiện nghi không có gì bất tiện. Mọi người đi khách sạn chú ý khi ra ngoài nhớ gắn biển không làm phiền, phòng tụi mình nhân viên vào dọn dẹp khi đi vắng, về mà tá hoả may đã mang theo hết đồ giá trị. Mà tốt hơn hết là cũng đừng ai đi cái khách sạn này nữa :))) trời ơi đất hỡi luôn

Khách sạn giá rẻ ổn áp giữa lòng trung tâm Nha Trang, phòng rộng rãi, cách biển 10 phút và Vinpearl 30 phút đi xe, gần các địa danh tham quan nổi tiếng. Nhà mình ở tầng cao nhất, view ok. Gia đình mình rất hài lòng. Điểm trừ nhẹ ở máy lạnh, vòi tắm, nệm, không cà phê, trà và nước lọc tính tiền...

Phòng ốc như hình, cơ sở vật chất bth đôi phần hơi cũ nhưng cũng đầy đủ & tiện nghi. Mình đặt 2 phòng được lên lầu trên cùng cao nhất áp mái là lầu 8 thì thang máy chỉ lên tới được lầu 7 thui, hơi bất tiện tẹo, cầu thang cũng nhỏ nhỏ. 1 số bất tiện khác như phòng tắm khá bí & giữ hơi/mùi, không có quạt hút & có 1 cái cửa sổ thấy thông ra ngoài tưởng là thoáng nhưng vẫn có 1 tấm kính của nhà chặn ngoài cái cửa sổ đó nên xem như zô nghĩa. Còn lại máy lạnh mát, dù đông người vào phòng cũng mát mẻ, không gian phòng rộng thoải mái bày 3 cái vali còn chỗ. Nhân viên nch thì chưa thiện cảm lắm nhưng hỗ trợ offline khá tốt. Ở đây có dịch vụ giặt nhưng mà hem có ủi :)) giá cũng oke.

I booked a room for 4 people with late check-in at 11:30 at night. It is worth mentioning that the attitude of the hotel staff when they arrive at their house can be more cheerful and welcoming, instead of lying down and watching their home get off the car and open the door (glasses) of the hotel by themselves pulling things in and having to call. just sat up (the person is lying on the phone and still looking at the door). The way he spoke was also not welcoming. Furniture in the room should have a backup because the kettle in my room was broken but I did not have it to change. You should also add a tree fan because the air conditioner is not cool enough. The rest, I was on the top floor, so the room was quite open and spacious, the bedding was quite good. Overall rating of 8 points for the room.
