It was a great experience! Lovely hotel. It's like you turn back to olden times. I like the structure and the interior elements. It's the old Saigon. The staff are very helpful and they are very accommodating. The hotel is just in front of the Saigon Plaza. I love the whole set up. I got chocolate from the staff also at night. Lovely hotel! My business trip was amazing with that hotel! I can work and at the same time enjoy the view.

I have been staying at Rex Hotel for several years. Everything so far has been top notch. This time though, there was no welcome drink, and they didn't give the free drink voucher for the rooftop bar on the fifth floor. I had booked a Governer King Suite but they still, there was no drink freebie. Disappointed. One more thing. They gave me a voucher for free 15-minute spa/massage located on the 6th floor. It closes at 10:30 pm. I reached there at 9:40 pm and saw CLOSED sign. One woman called Linh opened the door, only to tell me they cannot accommodate me because there's already a customer scheduled. She was extremely rude and lacked patience. She even raised her voice while talking with me. Finally she relented when I said I just wanted foot massage. She asked one of the massage therapist to massage my feet but the therapist sucked big time. The thing is, if they could not accommodate a customer before 10:30 pm, they should hire more therapists. Also, if all the therapists were busy, how was I accommodated? It clearly showed these people at the Spa location want money without working. I guess they just love to scam foreigners. Linh was very rude, very loud and very unprofessional. The massage therapist who attended to me needs a lot of training. If the spa closes at 10:30 pm, they have no business to hang the "CLOSED" sign at 9:40 pm.They will try their best to turn you away. That's all I have to say about the massage service located on the 6th floor of Rex Hotel building.

The Rex wax one of the best stays I’ve had in a while and I travel for work regularly and stay in a lot of hotels. The staff are incredibly helpful, efficient, and pleasant. My room was lovely, spacious, clean, great amenities. I was on the side of main traffics which may not appeal to everyone but I liked watching the nightlife and I am a sound sleeper. The hotel is located in the heart of the city so many things are within walking distance. The restaurants on property are great and breakfast comes with the stay which is also an outstanding buffet breakfast which everything you can think of. I would stay there again anytime. Great experience

Stay here! It’s beautiful and it’s close to everything. Breakfast is great. The restaurant has a great view and selection of food and drinks. Overall wonderful place to stay with lots of high end shops attached to it.

This our third time at the Rex . They really make the effort for a nice stay . The pool is perfect , the am breakfast is extensive and tasty . The location in the heart of D1 surpasses staying at the VINhome complex ( we have done that as well )
