This hotel cannot access credit cards. Payment on the spot is only cash. So when we checked in, we went out to look for the nearest ATM. The hotel is small but clean. There is no AC, but there is a fan. We didn't use it because it was really cold.

There is nothing to complain about. New, clean, spacious rooms with lake view. Super gentle and enthusiastic staff. If there is a problem with the heating or cooling, just call the night shift staff and they will come right away to support. Highly recommended.

In general, everything was satisfactory. I had stayed at River Park Hotel before with 5 friends of mine. The room was excellent, with view of Xuan Huong Lake. This time, I went with just one friend and the room was not as comfy as we expected. However, I'll go back. Highly recommend for big groups of tourists.

The hotel is close to the city center to the night market and the lake, only 5 minutes walk, it's also easy to rent a vehicle, easy access to everywhere, the rooms are really cold even though they don't use air conditioning. Spacious and clean. Very comfortable staying here for 2 days. Soon, if I go to Dalat, I will stay here again. And the staff is very helpful and friendly🥰🫶

The booking photo is very different from reality. I booked a room with a window view, but oh my god, I still called her a window, but when I opened it, it looked terribly dirty because it was an open window next to the ditch between the two houses, not a view as advertised.

Nhân viên thì nhiệt tình, vị trí thì trung tâm, nhưng phòng mình ở thì rất nhiều muỗi, nước phòng tắm thì yếu kinh khủng, con mình bị muỗi đốt đêm 1h đêm phải chuyển phòng, 2 nhà đi với nhau thì sắp xếp 2 khu riêng biệt , hệ thống tháng máy khá phức tạp :)) muốn lên chơi với nhau không được ! Với giá booking như này thì khá nhiều sự lựa chọn ! Con mình nó đốt xưng kín môi !

The hotel is clean, right in the center, very close to the market and Xuan Huong lake. Especially with parking right in front of the hotel. Although the hotel was built many years ago, the interior is quite high quality and comfortable. Enthusiastic and agile staff. I will definitely introduce my friends to river park view hotel

The hotel elevator is too small, can only accommodate 6 people at a time. There is another elevator that is only for internal staff use, not for guests. The room's traffic is many times larger than the elevator's carrying capacity, so it takes a long time to get to the room. When I arrived at the room, I saw that the area next to the hotel was being upgraded and repaired. Drilling walls, cutting metal, continuous noise is very noisy. 2 stars because the hotel upgraded the no-window room to one with a window, but my window looked at the wall and looked straight into the abyss. The window is quite low and very dangerous to open if there are small children in the room. Because the stay was short and I didn't have a very good impression, I didn't take pictures.
