The staff is so friendly and kind, especially Hien and Thuy. My room smelled so bad because someone smoked in the room before, and then Hien - AFOM helped me to move the room and upgrade to the best VIP room in the hotel. It was a royal suite room and so quiet as well as wonderful. Thank you so much for your help - Hien. I will be back and hope that I can stay longer in your hotel!

We were at this hotel during Tet, pool closed at 4pm, short staffed due to holidays, and the town was basically closed Think this hotel is suited more to families than couples, shame we didn't get to experience more, thinking it was just bad timing on our part.

Property is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing! Kim at front desk is SUPER helpful and helped us plan our day of adventures. The hotel is also a very short walk to the beach! The spa at the hotel is also worth visiting!

This hotel is about 5mins walk from the beach, nothing much around the hotel except a few coffee bar and seafood restaurants. The hotel/room is clean and the buffet breakfast has a large selection of food. Given its price, i would rate this hotel a 4/5.

Very nice hotel with very attentive and polite service ! My family enjoyed swimming in the roof top bar and enjoyed our afternoon tea here with spectacular views ! Breakfast was delicious, offered a wide range of international food! Yum! Will definitely stay here if I go back to Hoi An

The staff here are all so nice and friendly!! They are all so helpful. The location is pretty good as well. It is close to the beach and convenience stores! The pool is pretty nice too and there is a pool bar. They serve fresh juices with are actually made of real fruit! The rooms are clean and neat. The beds are comfy. Just maybe changing the “sitting area/lobby” on the room floors would make it better. And leaving the lights on!! And it would be better having some more key cards. I would definitely come here again!

My partner and I stayed here twice within a week; the first was two nights, arriving 22/02/18, the second for one night, 01/03/18. Both stays were excellent. Everything from the staff, the hotel itself, the location and breakfast buffet was perfect. Both times we had a beautiful ocean view room, overlooking the swimming pool. We enjoyed very much the EXTENSIVE breakfast buffet, being able to sample many breakfast items we in North America would not be familiar with. Excellent! The staff went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay superb. Everyone recognized us on our return and treated us like returning friends. The front desk staff, from Miss Phuong, Miss Thoa, Mr Khanh and Mr Tuan Anh were professional, kind and keen to help us with anything we needed. The staff in the breakfast room were very polite and efficient; of particular note was Miss Minh Thao, who was very sweet and made sure our coffee cups were always full. The young woman playing the traditional stringed musical instrument was a very nice surprise. Thank you everyone! The hotel was VERY busy with Korean bus tours, so perhaps that is why we, being independent travellers, received much attention; perhaps why the Skybar, with it's spectacular ocean and city view, and the pool areas were fairly quiet (although the pool, being unheated, was fairly cold). Overall we had a most impressive stay and we would both HIGHLY recommend the Royal Lotus to others.

Amazing place. Totally exceeded our expectations. Had our first family trip since me and my brother got married and moved out of the house. Brought our mother along together with the kids, and they had fun. The kids loved it and wanted to come back again for holiday:)

Stayed over 9 different hotels during the 3 weeks in Vietnam. Royal lotus is clean and staff are pleasant to deal with. However guests seems to be going out of hotels instead of using hotel amenities. Don't get us wrong as hotel is clean and room is decent. But when looking next door to other hotels and the swimming pools and bars are busy with people. We extending 2 more nights and moved to risemount next door and it was a different vibe and seem to enjoy it more. Overall what we learnt from all hotels we have stayed at that there will be pros and cons regardless of hotel. But as long as you find things to enjoy it's the main point of the holiday. Writing this review and currently in Japan majority will complain about room size but it's the norm over here.
