The hotel is clean, fully equipped. Room is not big but just enough for living. The staff is extremely friendly, fun, and helpful. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the check-in time but were still checked-in without any extra charge. Rent the motorbike with a reasonable price. The hotel is located in the foody area of Quy Nhon city so it is very convenient to walk to eat. Very pleased here 4 days 3 nights ago.

The 17-degree air-conditioner was still not cold enough, the shower hose was broken, the staff were lovely, the emergency staircase was encroached by the shoe racks.

Deluxe room is clean, spacious, comfortable, with balcony. The reception is enthusiastic and friendly, I can check in the room sooner and no extra charge. Renting a motorbike at a price hotel is also very affordable, the car is quite good. There were many eateries around, so it was very convenient. I think Ruby Luxury Hotel is a bad choice when coming to Quy Nhon. The minus point is that the toilet is a little small and doesn't look like it (this makes me quite disappointed because I really care about the bathroom when booking), but it's still clean. The iron room door is quite thin so the sound insulation is poor. The hotel is not far from the sea, but the sea cannot be seen from the balcony.

New hotel and room are very clean, no bad smell even in the bathroom, toilet. Cool wood floors and go smoothly. Recommended for young couples. Room average price only but staff is still very professional, enthusiastic and open. Asking for directions, asking for food and drink, asking for a fun place is a super-dedicated guide. A big plus point. Located in a quiet residential area, after a long day exploring trip, oh well, lying down on the mattress is a good sleep. Will return.
