The hotel was using the reception area to sell lunch, and the scene looked quite messy at the time. Guests were sitting on sofas waiting to check in, while the staff were wiping tables noisily, sending crumbs of leftover food flying into their faces.

The hotel's interior is quite old, the chairs have guests' hair all over them, I don't dare sit there, the blankets and pillows also have a bad smell, the thing I don't like the most is the shower, there is only 1 standing faucet, it's okay for men. But for women, it's really inconvenient, every time I flush, my hair gets wet, even though I don't need to wash my hair, and I can't install a handheld faucet. Enjoy the enthusiastic staff and central location. But if I had to choose again, I wouldn't choose again

Mình ở tổng 4 đêm dịp này tại khách sạn. Đội ngũ nhân viên rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình từ lúc đến cho tới khi ra về. Mình đến tầm 11h trưa nhưng chị quản lý vẫn cho checkin sớm mà không tính thêm phí, 10 điểm luôn. Phòng ok trong tầm giá, trung tâm, sẽ quay lại lần sau khi ở Hồ Chí Minh ạ

-The vent in the nvs has a very strong cigarette smell for 2 days in a row. Complaints to the hotel were not resolved. - Rusty shower, old black stained NVS floor - Full spring mattress, very thin and small non-cotton blanket, covering 2 people does not fit. The hotel room spray is very strong. Very uncomfortable sleeping - I have booked elsewhere in this price range and had a much better experience

The chat room was very bad, the old towels were dirty, the lights were very dim, so I could not go.
