Really hospital family run hotel. Aqesome value, right next to the new bridge being built.

Loved everything about this place. Location was great - a bit out of town but loved to see local life. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked to order (try the banana pancakes) Bikes are provided which we used daily to cycle into town and to the beach. The service from the staff was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The only slight thing to be aware of is the pool loses the sun at lunchtime.

Sol the receptionist can’t do enough for you
Fresh towels every day breakfast can be purchased on site reasonable price and great variety and value

We had an excellent stay at a rural Scene Villa. Sol and her sister were very nice and provided excellent device. Housekeeping was great and the room was kept in very clean condition daily! We will be back to stay at RSV if we are in Hoi An again.

This place is super clean and nice, but just so far from Hoi An town. The reception is very accommodating and gave me a ride into town when I was checking out. There are free bicycles, but it takes 15 minutes to ride into town, it became a big hassle. Otherwise the place is lovely.

Great place, very modern room and bathroom. The swimming pool while not huge was perfect. The staff are friendly, with Sol at reception a standout. She is such a genuine, warm person who is very helpful. The only drawback is the distance from town and eating places but they have a buggy shuttle each night and taxis very cheap. It’s very quiet except the local rooster (part if life in Asia). The ac worked well and the wifi was exceptional. There are a number of choices fir breakfast- both Western and Asian. The minibar has soft drinks, water and beer etc.

Nice,small villa,run by family. Place is quite close to the old town or beach by the push bike. You will be able to find food on the each corner. I will go again to visit Vietnam.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff couldn't be any friendlier. In a nice quiet location with swimming pool. Only 5 mins to Hoi An on motorbike or 15 mins on bicycle.

Hotel less than a year old run by a wonderful family who could not be more welcoming and helpful. less than two dollar taxi ride from old town or half hour walk. Hotel provides daily/nightly free transport in converted golf buggy.Great pool and wifi for small boutique hotel. Beer in hotel for less than one dollar. Food good and very economical.

This was the best part of our stay in Hoi An. It was far enough from the tourist mobs that I could relax and I appreciated that it is in a local neighbourhood. The service was outstanding — the family that runs the place is lovely and so accommodating. The rooms were large, beautiful and immaculate. The pool is small but very peaceful. Extremely good value for the cost, though this is not true of meals, which were priced far too high.

The staff here are wonderful and very helpful. We used the bicycles everyday to travel around and see the area. There is no shuttle to town but it's not that far to bike. The breakfasts were good and we had lunch here as well and a dinner. The food is tasty. Only wish they had safe deposit box in the rooms

The place was fantastic - we couldn't believe what we were getting for the price. Super friendly staff, modern, spotless, beautifully decorated and landscaped and the most comfortable beds I encountered in Vietnam. Couldn't have been better - 6 out of 5 stars!

The stay was excellent,the property is very new . It is a family run business and everyone will go all the way to help. The property is about 2km away from Hoi An old town,it is a easy 15min bicycle ride to the old town. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and a good experience to sample some local life. Our family enjoy our daily bike ride to the market and An Bang beach.

The staff is amazing. Without a doubt the best service I have encountered in my travels. We came with our 1yo child and got a crib and the staff was very thoughtful. The villa is beautifully decorated and the pool looks wonderful (It was raining while we stayed there). Incredible value for the price.

After coming across a 5 star rating on Hotels.com I was a bit skeptical, but after my stay I can confidently say that this place deserves all 5! They were so helpful with all our questions. The service was some of the best I have had. On our last day they even made us a delicious FREE dinner while we waited for our night train. So lovely, I can't recommend staying here enough.
