Family hotel so the staff are very enthusiastic and comfortable. The hotel was built a long time ago so it won't be new. But the room is spacious. I stayed another 2 hours waiting for the car to pick me up, but they didn't charge me. The little receptionist girl is very cute and cheerful

Lễ tân vui vẻ, phòng có đầy đủ các dịch vụ cơ bản nhưng cơ sở hạ tầng đã cũ. Giường cũ nằm nghe kêu rôm rốp mỗi khi xoay người, trầng nhà tắm bị rò nước rỉ nước xuống toilet. Mình ở 3 ngày hai đêm nhưng không có dịch vụ dọn phòng nên không được dọn rác, thay ga giường và khăn tắm mới để dùng

khách sạn bình dân, phòng đặt trực tiếp rẻ hơn nhiều so với đặt qua ứng dụng. Booking khách sạn trên ứng dụng theo hình thức thanh toán tại chỗ nghỉ, khách sạn lại báo mình không đến nhận phòng theo đúng lịch hẹn làm mình bị phạt và Traverloka trả lời mình rằng họ không nắm được thông tin này từ phía khách sạn nên không kịp gỡ lệnh phạt.

Room with snails, lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches. The receptionist lacks respect for customers. Because the check-out policy is 12 o'clock, I pay 12 hours and 10 minutes in advance as the employee grumbles to my child. It is a 12-hour prepayment and the new time is paid, while I check out before the scheduled time. I have to spend a room with someone who needs to receive it, I don't say anything, but no one will check in but the receptionist attitude like that probably won't be the second time I visit here.

Room is large, but not very clean. The toilet was choked with water like a flood. When booking, the staff will leave the email, make the next morning, the group will check out early to go out and have to wait for the confirmation to go back and forth over the clock time.
