The hotel was not renovated, the elevator was broken and smelled bad, and the wooden floors in the rooms were damaged with large holes, yet they still allowed guests to stay, resulting in a very poor experience.

I booked a room and paid in advance but then something happened so I had to cancel, the hotel did not allow cancellation and did not refund, but when my friend came to get the room, they said it was canceled and there were no more rooms, a 4-star hotel but doing business so dishonestly, I did not regret the room fee but I am really fed up with the way the hotel handled and worked, there will never be a second time. They took money from the customer both times

The hotel is doing bad business. I booked a room through the traveloka app and paid directly on the app. But when I arrived at the hotel at 23:00, the hotel receptionist informed me that the hotel had decided not to check in. I wonder where I can find a hotel at 23:00. This kind of business does not care about customers. This kind of hotel needs to be boycotted.

Clean rooms, enthusiastic staff, attentive. I asked for the place to eat or buy durian, the staff also went to the market to ask first and then advised where to buy more. However, the buffet was not as expected, seeing that there was a seafood party to celebrate on 30/4, the whole family came down to eat. The food is okay but very few dishes, even slightly cooled. Eat all the family to go out to find more eateries. As for the room, I had to clean the room, after going out the room was very clean. I just didn't know if the staff member forgot or anything, but the bed sheet was still full of sand, it was too late, I was going to go home tired so I didn't want to call the staff to just go to sleep instead. The next day there was feedback, some receptionists apologized and promised to learn from experience. Hopefully the hotel will fix these problems!
