The hotel is super nice! The room is big, very big and spacious. I love it that we have a 2 double size bed for each of us. Comfort room is nice too, we have everything that we need and have a lot of toilet papers to use too. Air conditioner is also enough to cool the room. Staff are nice as well. All in all experience is superb. Great Job Sakura Hotel. Will definitely book again soon.

This hostel is pretty closed with Backpacker st, Ben tTanh market and others famous tourism places. the receptionists are very helpful. kind and fluent in English. the dorm is so quiet and clean

I was woke up earlier to start the morning run at 6 am, but the door was closed and locked with no one stand by at the receptionist table. Once I calling them to open the door, she suddenly came and slammed the door really hard in front of me. I was shocked and she just literally ruined my morning spirit. It was written 24 hours service, but hell no. And also the room is really bad, dust everywhere around the cabinet and its humid.

Convenient location to move because right in the city center. A super exciting new type of experience. The owners and staff are super enthusiastic and friendly, supporting me a lot. The same goes for the surrounding neighborhood. Hope to have the opportunity to come back here again in the future

The point is that staying at the reception really helped because I arrived at 10 pm. Besides that, at 1 pm when I was about to leave my key, I left it in the room and the receptionist quickly returned to the hostel and helped me.

nhân viên khách sạn oki, trừ mỗi cái là cho ở cái giường góc trên cùng và không có mát mấy,hơi nóng. Cửa đóng của phòng hở, làm cho mỗi lần có người ở ngoài hút thuốc là cả phòng phải hít mùi thuốc, nên ở mỗi hôm là thôi không ở nữa. Thêm 1 ưu điểm là có nóng lạnh.

I booked a room for my brother and this is what I heard back. When my brother came to check in, the staff member did not know how to use a computer, so he accidentally informed Traveloka that his brother did not come to check in. The staff could not communicate with foreign guests, so my brother helped.
