Such a wonderful resort with amazing views of Sapa. A must stay if you are here. You will not regret it! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the infinity pool is awesome. The staff members Louis and Lilia were fantastic, kind, and helpful. I totally recommend this place.

We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service.

We had a nice stay here. The resort has such a beautiful location with great views, and the whole property is spacious and green. The room design is lovely and well thought out, though it could have been a bit more airy. Breakfast was basic, nothing fancy, but just enough to start the day. To be honest, we were a bit upset at first because of the attitude of one seasonal staff member during check-in. But everything completely turned around thanks to Sarah Giang. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of for the rest of our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication really stood out. Honestly, people like her make all the difference in a guest’s experience. Big thanks to Giang and wishing her lots of success ahead, she’s definitely someone with great potential in hospitality!

Friendly staff, airy space and every room has a view of the clouds and mountains, quite chill, the only minus point is that the breakfast is a bit small and not very special. The resort rents motorbikes for 200k/day (from morning to night) to go from the center to the road with little light because I'm a bit scared. Anyway, the road to the center is still quite close, and not difficult to go.
