The mountain view room was a great comfortable room with two double beds, lovely linen, cubicle shower in the bath, and a wow view. The location is central, close to Fancipan station and all the action. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This is a new property and the owners took care in designing it and decorating it. The room was spacious with the same amazing view as from the lobby/Dining Room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ein. I don't know what her job title was because she did everything. She noted each of my needs and acted promptly and without reminders needed. There is heat in the room for those cold Sa Pa winters (use the sun icon.) There is no heat in the dining room but a simple shawl was enough to warm me up and every evening the staff build a fire in the fireplace as well as on especially cold morning. The location is central, the property has an elevator (!), the food is good and breakfast included (Western or Asian). What more could you ask? And for a very reasonable pricel!

Nói chung phòng ổn, phòng 1 giường lớn đẹp, chủ nhiệt tình, gần các điểm du lịch nhưng hôm mình đi chưa làm đường nên đường xấu kinh khủng, khăn tắm khá cũ, cứng, lạnh mà điều hoà không bật đc, khách sạn ngắt để tiết kiệm điện sao ấy, nhà mình có trẻ nhỏ nên hơi bất tiện, khách sạn cho nằm đệm điện, ok. Nước ở phòng tắm của mình chảy cực nhỏ, tối đến phòng cạnh mở cửa bật nhạc ầm ĩ, chạy nhảy hú hét dù đã nhắc nhở 2 lần làm con mình đang ngủ thì tỉnh giấc, đồ ăn sáng cũng bt

The combo I ordered has breakfast but until the day I arrived, I did not receive any notification or explanation about no breakfast. 3. Weak wifi. Being in a room with no wifi is quite inconvenient. We just had a thought here, the room is very large and clean, everyone is very cute especially the super receptionist :))) because of us when the fog is thick so we can't see the view outside : ((Because the hotel is close to SunPlaza, so we are all walking and very convenient. In general, it is very satisfying because the service here hopes to have the next opportunity to see the view like the name of the hotel (below is the image of the super-muddy and the receptionist
