Only about 200m to sun plaza and the main square. Room with cool view, reasonable price. Staffs are very helpful, they suggested good restaurant and helped me with the ticket booking to Fansipan. My room was booked on Traveloka with no breakfast and they offered only 50.000vnd/pax for breakfast.

The hotel is small but cozy, the staff is very enthusiastic and lovely (I just got off the taxi, the receptionist came out to bring the clothes, although there was nothing much). Fully furnished room, with balcony overlooking the church. The only minus point is that due to the construction of the building, the entrance is a bit muddy :) but this minus point is not too affected. Rating 4.5 stars

Nice hotel, new furniture, reasonable price. The location is very close to the center, walking a 30-40m downhill is coming. Generally satisfied. Note that the ramp is deteriorating, requiring authorities to handle it to ensure more safety for visitors.
